Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5–16 years with a range of communication and developmental needs.#

️ The Role
You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention, helping pupils develop their communication skills, independence, and participation within the school environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage a specialist paediatric SLT caseload
✅ Complete communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments where appropriate
✅ Develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes
✅ Support children with complex communication needs, autism, and developmental language difficulties
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, families, and wider professionals
✅ Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary planning
✅ Provide training and advice to school staff and parents/carers
✅ Support service development and junior colleagues
What we’re looking for:
✔ HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
✔ Experience working within paediatrics or specialist education
✔ Knowledge of autism, complex communication needs, and developmental language disorders
✔ Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Location: Buckinghamshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £47,976
