Role:

• Advice relating to employment documentation, policies, disciplinary & grievances, redundancy,
• Employment tribunal litigation
• DD on transactions including drafting warranties & indemnities and TUPE
• Advisory projects
• Advising senior executives

Clients: Large corporates including FTSE100, household names in retail, music companies, high profile luxury retailers, auctioneers, family offices, senior executives.
