Senior Human Resources Advisor

Hunter Adams are partnering with our client to appoint an HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting the site management team while contributing to the wider Group HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a HR service to drive a best in class employee experience across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, engagement, development, reward and recognition.
• Implement Group policies and procedures in line with best practice.
• Act as an integral part of the Group HR team, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of people initiatives.
• Managing Employee Relations aligned to policies and UK Legislation
