Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing in October.

This is a senior, hands-on role within a busy Corporate team, working on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including:

• Private M&A
• Joint ventures and investments
• Reorganisations and restructurings
• Corporate governance
• General corporate advisory work

We are ideally looking for a lawyer with 5–10 years’ PQE and strong transactional experience who is comfortable running matters, managing transactions and working directly with clients.
