Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bromley.

You will join an experienced and supportive conveyancing team, working closely with a respected Partner while managing your own caseload and continuing to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Deal with Landlord & Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases
• Provide clear and up-to-date legal advice to clients
• Deliver a high standard of client care
• Work collaboratively within a busy and supportive team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• NQ–1 year PQE minimum
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working within a busy team
