People Workstream Lead – TOM Transformation

People workstream lead required to support this TOM change programme in a large, complex industrial business. Working closely with the Transformation Director and other C-Suite leaders you will be responsible for ensuring all people matters are managed effectively and delivered throughout the programme.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience as People Workstream lead in an enterprise wide transformation programme.
• Experience in industrial environments that are highly unionised.
• Broad skills including TOM and OD, workforce planning, ER and consultation, and people and culture transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Delivery focused and hands on approach.
