Senior Legal Counsel

My client, a fast-growing real estate private equity manager, specialising in co-living across the UK, is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing in-house legal team in London.

This is a great opportunity either as a first move in-house working directly with the Head of Legal/ Co-Founders or to join a business that is fast-growing with ever-expanding exposure to the wider business.

The role will involve:

• Managing residential property transactions across freehold and leasehold
• Leading on property due diligence and conveyancing
• Handling Land Registry, SDLT and post-completion matters
• Advising on residential landlord & tenant matters
• Managing external legal advisers and other stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ PQE
• Strong residential property/conveyancing background
• Experience handling transactions from start to finish
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Private practice or in-house experience considered
