Seeking a proven CEO / consumer operator who has scaled a DTC or digitally-led consumer business from $100–200m through $500m+ and understands what it takes to build towards billion-dollar scale.

The business is already high-growth, profitable, international and subscription-led. The mandate is clear: global expansion, retention/LTV, brand, channel diversification and organisational scale.

€250k base + 50% bonus (€375k cash OTE) + meaningful equity.

Candidates must be prepared to spend 3–4 days per week in Europe, or relocate. Full relocation support, including housing, can be provided.
