Empathetic Banking Support Advisor

Lloyds Bank plc in Banbury is seeking a Customer Support associate for a full-time, branch-based role working 35 hours per week, including Saturdays. You will start in a branch, delivering face-to-face support while guiding customers through banking needs.

You will help with everyday tasks, assist with digital banking, and grow into other roles across the Group. A minimum of 12 months customer service experience is expected, with a focus on empathy, reliability and teamwork.
