Remote User Support Officer – Civic Tech

mySociety is seeking a part-time User Support Officer to manage frontline support for citizen services such as FixMyStreet and TheyWorkForYou, handling high-volume enquiries with care and discretion. The role is fully remote across the UK, with quarterly in-person meetups and a focus on data protection and clear user guidance.

You’ll triage, escalate when needed, and contribute to improving help documentation while working with a cross-functional team in a digitally focused charity.
