Graduate Management Trainee

We’re an outsourced marketing company working with some of the UK’s largest brands, including Eon, EE and British Gas. We specialise in Events, Business-to-Business, and Field-Based marketing — building direct relationships between our clients and their customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Develop strategic plans to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Develop fundamentals of sales, recruitment and leadership training

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail oriented and highly organised.
• Team player, excited for a challenge
