Community Support Worker – Sleep-In Shifts, Permanent Role

Cumberland Council in Carlisle is seeking a Community Support Worker to help adults with disabilities and mental health needs live independently. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and encourage autonomy on a permanent basis. Sleep-in shifts also available with additional overnight pay.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability and a willingness to learn, with DBS checks required and guaranteed interviews for eligible applicants.
