Compassionate Support Worker: Daily Community Impact

Prime Life is seeking empathetic and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. This role offers full or part-time positions with regular shifts between 8am and 8pm, across a 7-day working week.

You will provide respectful, dignified support to residents, helping with daily living tasks and encouraging independence, with full training provided. Prior experience is welcome but not essential.
