Income & Tenancy Support Officer

Riverside in Workington is seeking an Income and Administration Officer to manage rent income and administration across properties. You’ll work within a committed team to support tenants and colleagues, focusing on arrears management and income maximisation.

The role requires experience with vulnerable customers, strong numeracy and IT skills, and a collaborative approach. It is based at Harbour Place, with Monday–Friday hours, 37.5 per week, and a salary of around £28k–£32k per year.
