Multi-Channel Customer Service Advisor

HFIS Limited, the group behind mydeposits, is looking for an experienced contact centre professional for a full-time, office-based role in Borehamwood. It’s a six-month fixed-term contract with 37.5 hours per week, offering varied shifts from 8:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays mornings.

The role focuses on handling inbound/outbound calls, live chat, post and email while meeting KPIs and maintaining high service standards. Training and progression opportunities are provided.
