Regionwide Care Training Coach | Develop Staff

Barchester Healthcare seeks an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across its regional footprint, including Banbury, Tewkesbury, Malvern and Oxford. The role is home-based and involves travel around the region to support staff in care homes and hospitals with person-centred, compassionate practice.

You will coordinate training calendars, keep training files up to date, observe workplace practice, and work with Home Managers to implement personal development plans.
