Multi-Site Apprenticeship Progress Coach

Loughborough College Group is recruiting two Apprenticeship Review Coaches to work across all college sites and apprenticeship workplaces in the Loughborough area. You will coach, monitor progress and support apprentices to achieve qualifications and successful endpoint outcomes.

Working with trainers and assessors, you will set SMART targets, review action plans and provide pastoral support, driving employability and learning success across engineering and construction apprenticeships.
