Recovery Practitioner: Transform Lives & Build Independence

THE NEHEMIAH PROJECT is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to support men rebuilding their lives in Streatham, Croydon and Clapham. The role is on-site, 35 hours per week, with a £33,500 salary and permanent contract.

You will assess needs, develop recovery plans, deliver individual and group support, and help residents gain independent living skills while maintaining safeguarding and strong records.
