Regional Major Loss Lead – Field Claims Expert

Aviva is recruiting a Regional Major Loss Manager in the United Kingdom region. You will lead a team of Major Loss Field Adjusters handling domestic property claims from £50,000 to £250,000, ensuring expert, accurate and compassionate service.

You will oversee operational and technical elements, drive high standards in quality, estimating, cost control and customer service while coaching and developing your team. Collaborative improvement across Claims is encouraged.
