Senior Human Factors Consultant – Rail Systems & Safety

WSP is seeking a Senior Human Factors Consultant in the UK rail team to lead multiple projects, mentor juniors, and drive bid-to-delivery work streams with clients to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.

You will deliver human-performance risk assessments and human-centered design solutions across infrastructure, rolling stock, control rooms and digital railway technologies, guiding multidisciplinary teams for safety, efficiency and accessibility. Hybrid working is available.
