The Opportunity
You’ll become part of a collaborative and experienced team handling an impressive and varied caseload across both Residential and Commercial Property.
Your work will include:
Prime and high-value residential acquisitions and disposals.
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Prime Central London transactions and luxury developments.
Residential development and investment portfolio work.
Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
Commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Commercial leases, renewals and asset management.
Property finance and secured lending transactions.
Acting for high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers and corporate clients.
Supporting business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships.
This is a client-facing role offering early responsibility, direct Partner exposure and the opportunity to develop your own client base within an established and growing practice.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Property law.
Experience handling a broad mix of Residential and Commercial Property matters.
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and commercial transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client care.
The confidence to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a busy team.
An interest in networking and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
