Commercial Counsel – Growth, M&A & AI Tools

Perspective Financial Group seeks a solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to own commercial and generalist workload across the Group. You will draft, review and negotiate supplier, IT and consultancy contracts, while providing day-to-day legal advice across operations, finance, compliance and M&A.

You will also handle property matters via external counsel, manage regulatory queries and employment issues, and support joint ventures. AI tools are embraced to improve efficiency.
