Chadwick Nott is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its Cheltenham team, advising on high-quality mergers, acquisitions, disposals and investments for entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed companies. You will handle share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements, with exposure to a demanding client base.
