Rail OTM Planner – Crewing & Operations Scheduler

Harsco Rail is seeking an OTM planner to design and optimise movements and crew rosters in line with customer requirements. You will maximise OTM availability, meet contractual targets and maintain compliant documentation across shifts and routes.

The role requires strong planning skills, IT literacy and experience in the railway sector, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving. Training and development support are provided.
