NOC Engineer — 24/7 Network Ops & Incident Response

Zen Internet is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and improve our critical network infrastructure across consumer and business services. You’ll work in a live network environment on a 24/7, 12-hour shift rotation and report to the NOC Shift Lead.

You will collaborate with Network and Infrastructure Engineers, manage incidents, apply changes, and drive service improvement through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and precise documentation.
