Rates Desk Ops Lead: Trading & Sales Support

Barclays in London seeks a Senior Trading & Sales Assistant – Macro to directly support the Rates Hedge Fund Sales desk on the front office. You will book new trades, price and coordinate lifecycle events, and work with Sales, Trading, Operations and Risk to resolve client and desk issues quickly.

You will build internal networks, understand the full lifecycle of Rates Derivatives trades, and challenge processes to improve controls, efficiency and service quality.
