Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role based at their head office on the Vision Park.

Young Futures Outreach Support Officer to provide support and guidance for young people aged 16-25 who would otherwise be homeless. You will assist them to identify and meet their personal goals, in areas such as independent living skills, coping strategies, tenancy sustainment, obtaining/maintaining employment, education or training, and maintaining their physical and mental wellbeing.
