Learning Support Coach for 16–19 Learners (SEND)

Henry Blue is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Carlisle to provide classroom and 1:1 support for learners aged 16-19. You will help students engage with lessons, assist with individuals with additional learning needs and work with staff to meet each learner’s goals.

You will contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting personal development and progression while building confidence in young people.
