Molton Brown in Bridgend is seeking an experienced, sales-focused Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead the team toward continued success.

With premium retail or fragrance experience, you will coach and develop Sales Consultants, drive customer experiences, and contribute to achieving store sales and KPIs. We offer a salary of £28,500, quarterly bonus on targets, 50% staff discount and a comprehensive benefits package.
