Learning Disability Support Worker – Day/Night Shifts | Impactful Care

Care First 24 is seeking Learning Disability Support Workers to join a dedicated team in and around South Wales. You will support clients with complex care needs, promote dignity, and help them reach daily goals in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ learning disability experience, be registered with Social Care Wales, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
