Guest Experience Host (Evenings & Weekends)

Metropolitan Gaming is looking for a friendly receptionist to welcome customers and handle inquiries at our Nottingham venues. You’ll log calls, guide guests, and demonstrate the benefits of our player rewards journey, helping new sign-ups.

Hours include nights, evenings and weekends within a 24/7 trading week. You’ll be on your feet, delivering responsive, courteous service in a fast-paced environment. You must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
