Were looking for aWeb Development Manager / Development Leadto take ownership of a key web platform and lead a small, talented development team.
This is ahands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise withteam leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.
The role
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of around35 developers
- Own and drive theDrupal / CMS web platform
- Provide technical direction and strategic leadership
- Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers
- Stay hands-on with development when required
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function
About you
- Strong development background with provenDrupal / CMSexperience
- Experience leading or managing a development team
- Comfortable balancinghands-on technical work with leadership and strategy
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Able to provide technical direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused
