Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with multi-site, global and exponentially growing food manufacturing organisation based in Monaghan in the recruitment of a HR Advisor.
This role is easily commutable for candidates based in County Armagh, Newry, Dundalk and Monaghan
This is a fantastic opportunity for Senior HR Coordinator or HR Advisor seeking to experience within a large-scale food manufacturing business offering extensive career progression opportunities and a highly-competitive pay/benefits package. Alongside, you will receive tailorised mentorship and support from their highly-experienced HR Business Partner and Site Director.

What will you do as HR Advisor?
- Leading on all employee relations cases i.e. investigations for disciplinaries and grievances
- Liaising with managers to facilitate and deliver training
- Manage on performance management activities i.e. conducting performance reviews
- Assisting in rolling out company-wide engagement initiatives
- Monitoring levels of absence management across the organisation
- Organising occupational health appointments and managing long-term sick cases
- Assist with end to end recruitment ie. conducting interviews when required
- Addressing HR queries raised in HR inbox, employees and departmental managers
What will you require?
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience
- Had exposure to employee relations cases, monitoring attendance and conducting performance reviews.
- Proficient in implementing engagement initiatives, utilising HRIS Systems and addressing HR queries.
- Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
