Hand Picked Hotels is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead a division of our luxury hotel portfolio, delivering outstanding commercial performance and guest experiences across multiple properties.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own the divisional P&L, coach General Managers, and drive operational excellence while upholding the brand standards across Rooms, F&B, spa and leisure.
