Expansion-Ready Operations Director

COREcruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a growing wellness and casual daytime hospitality concept in London. You will oversee the performance of 3 sites, drive expansion to 10–12 sites, and partner with the Founder to develop the business.

This hands-on role requires senior operations experience in hospitality, a proven record of growing a multi-site business, and strong P&L and cost control skills to protect profitability while preserving brand culture.
