Asset Performance & Risk Leader

Babcock is seeking a Head of Asset Management Performance and Risk based at one of several UK sites with hybrid working. You will lead enterprise asset performance and risk management frameworks, shaping investment strategies and ensuring lifecycle value across critical assets that support national security and public infrastructure.

You will provide executive insight to senior stakeholders, develop KPIs, monitor risk trends, and travel between sites to drive collaboration and delivery.
