Area Manager – Multi‑Site Leader (Car Included)

TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Rugby. You will lead on-site teams, drive service standards, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing budgets and rotas.

The role requires travel between sites, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 with possible weekends.
