Senior Private Equity Lawyer (5–10 PQE) – Flexible Hours

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is seeking a private equity senior lawyer to join the Private Equity practice within the corporate and finance team. The role covers the full range of private equity and corporate/M&A work, including private M&A, joint ventures, co-investments, secondaries, GP-led transactions and leveraged buy-outs.

Applicants should be a first-rate corporate lawyer with 5-10 PQE focused on private equity and with strong experience drafting equity documents such as investment agreements
