Americas Real Estate & Site Strategy Lead

ON RUNNING is seeking a Senior Lead – Real Estate Manager to drive strategic expansion and portfolio management of its physical footprint across the Americas. You will lead site selection, lease negotiations, and transaction execution for retail and workplace environments, reporting to the Director of Real Estate & Development, AMER.

This role requires 8+ years in real estate leasing, brokerage, or development within premium consumer brands, plus 2+ years of people leadership.
