Retail Department Leader: Drive Sales & Team Performance

Selfridges is seeking a Department Manager to lead the own bought and concession department with responsibility for payroll, strategy, and performance. You will drive sales by coaching the team, improving product knowledge, and encouraging cross-category selling while maintaining high standards of service.

Collaborating with the Concession Manager, you will support concession partners, set improvement targets and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with trading standards and store procedures.
