Digital Transformation Training Delivery Lead

Synapri in London is seeking an experienced Training Delivery Lead to design, mobilise and deliver large-scale training programmes within complex organisations. The role is London-based with hybrid working (2-3 days onsite) and a 12-month+ duration, requiring SC security clearance.

You will shape learning strategy, develop materials and learning pathways, and manage stakeholders across government or similarly regulated environments to ensure delivery at pace.
