Regional Contracts Manager – Hospitality Refurbs (Midlands)

Caval Limited is seeking a Midlands-based Contracts Manager to oversee fast-track Leisure and Hospitality projects for a popular pub chain. All works are in Midlands for at least a year, with a regional focus and a permanent, full-time arrangement.

The role requires handling contracts across multiple Midlands projects, with a salary in the £60k–£70k per year range and a performance-based progression. Experience in hospitality refurbishments is a plus.
