We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Line Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire County, offering a competitive rate of up to £40 per hour (Umbrella). This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality social work services, ensuring the welfare and protection of vulnerable individuals and families within the community. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, leading case discussions, and driving best practice within the team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing expert supervision and support to social workers and other team members.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognised social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in child protection or family support.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
