Engineering Apprenticeship Coach & Mentor

onlyFE’s Training 2000 project is recruiting a Skills Development Coach to support Engineering Apprentices from onboarding to End Point Assessment in Blackburn. You will mentor learners, assess progress and liaise with employers to ensure high-quality apprenticeship outcomes.

A relevant Level 2 literacy, numeracy and ICT plus Level 3 Engineering qualification are required. Strong communication, planning and organisational skills are essential to motivate diverse learners.
