Quality Engineer: Lead Root-Cause & Continuous Improvement

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer in Blandford Forum to be the technical voice on quality where investigations lead to root cause improvements. You’ll collaborate across teams and influence site-wide quality culture.

You’ll handle customer accounts, lead 8D and 5 Why investigations, support PPAP and APQP for new products, and monitor PPM, scrap and rework to drive continuous improvement.
