Strategic Lead, Occupational Health & Wellbeing

South West Water, part of Pennon Group, is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Wellbeing Lead to shape and deliver our OH strategy across the organisation. You will manage health surveillance, case pathways and external providers, driving wellbeing initiatives and governance compliance.

You will partner with managers and senior leaders to translate health data into strategic priorities, delivering a healthier, safer workplace and supporting our people.
