Senior Complaints & Customer Experience Manager

Brownhills Motorhomes, the UK’s largest motorhome dealer, seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service function, manage complex complaints, escalations, and legal correspondence. You will resolve disputes, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure regular updates during the repair process.
