Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on Metal Work Supervisor to lead a night-shift production team in a busy manufacturing environment near Harlow, Essex. You will supervise the night shift, allocate work, monitor output and quality, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate has strong fabrication and sheet-metal experience, can read engineering drawings, manages people effectively, and keeps safety at the forefront while driving continuous improvement.
