Senior Housing Development Delivery Lead

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Housing Development Project Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential development schemes from procurement through to practical completion. This hybrid Bedfordshire role includes two vacancies: one permanent and one 12-month FTC.

You will manage budgets, programmes, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure developments remain commercially viable, compliant and delivered on time, quality-focused and within funding constraints.
