SEND Reform Project Manager – Contract

Essential Employment is seeking a Project Manager to lead SEND Reform delivery in Somerset, focusing on the Experts at Hand model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25. The role supports the wider SEND Improvement Programme.

You will coordinate cross-sector delivery, manage governance, and build strong relationships with education settings, health partners and SEND stakeholders, on a temporary full-time basis.
